Jonathan S. Wright has 14 years of legal experience who over the last 8 years has practiced exclusively in creditor and debtor relations. From the late spring of 2000 to the early fall of 2002, Mr. Wright was an attorney for the largest boutique law firm in the State of Indiana whose practice focused on residential foreclosure and related bankruptcy matters. The firm’s client base included every major financial service company involved in originating and/or servicing residential mortgages.
In fall of 2002, Mr. Wright decided to leave the creditor side, and accepted a position with an Indianapolis southside law firm that practices exclusively in representing consumers in Chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Over his tenure Mr. Wright had the privilege of handling well over a 1,000 Chapter 7 & 13 cases on behalf of individuals like you. In July 2008, Mr. Wright decided to establish THE WRIGHT LAW GROUP, LLC, a firm committed to providing quality representation, at an affordable price, to individuals seeking protection from their creditors under the United States Bankruptcy Code.
Mr. Wright received his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in May 1993 and his B.A. from DePauw University in May 1988 where he majored in Economics & Management. During the two years between his undergraduate education and law school, Mr. Wright was employed in commercial banking with Fifth Third Bancorp in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mr. Wright is married with two young sons. He is actively involved in his parish, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and YMCA sports programs as a coach. He is also a member of The Penrod Society that puts on the annual Penrod Arts Fair located on grounds of the Indianapolis Museum of Art.
